Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordinate and manage employee cab bookings and schedules. Maintain accurate records of cab usage, driver details, and associated costs. Resolve any issues or complaints related to cab services promptly and efficiently. Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and distribution. Manage office maintenance and repairs. Assist with event planning and logistics. Preferred candidate profile β€” Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. β€” Proven experience in managing cab services or transportation logistics (preferred). β€” Excellent organizational and time-management skills. β€” Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. β€” Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). β€” Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€” Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
