As an Office Administrator, your role involves supporting company operations and supervising staff members. You will be responsible for maintaining office systems and providing historical reference by defining procedures for the retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Your duties also include designing and implementing office policies, establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
