Job Description

  • Transportation/Travel Management:

    Daily transportation of employees, Bus routes preparation, Grievance resolution, Booking car rentals for company associates (specifically for second shift)
  • Ensuring availability of snacks for all associates, Overseeing dinner arrangements, Providing required admin and housekeeping support to all departments during second shift
  • Checking and validating contractor bills for manpower supply, transportation, laundry, etc., as per procedure
  • Contractual Manpower Management,

    Assisting in deployment, attendance, billing, and statutory compliance, Maintaining records and MIS for management review
  • MIS and initiation of housekeeping, garden-related, and cost-saving initiatives, upkeep and improvement initiatives in collaboration with Executive - Administration
  • Front Office Management,

    managing front office operations along with receptionist for smooth functioning of EPABX during second shift
  • Performing any other related administrative tasks as instructed by Manager Administration
  • Managing canteen activities and ensuring hygiene and food quality during second shift
