Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This will involve performing general office duties, maintaining office files and documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents, reports, and presentations, overseeing task allocation, managing office supplies, supporting HR functions, and handling confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence. - Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. - Submit daily project reports and ensure timely updates. - Oversee task allocation and monitor project phases for smooth execution. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and expense tracking. - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Provide support to HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. - Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. - Handle confidential information with discretion. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
