Job Description

We are looking for an Admin assistant who will act as a key link between students, faculty, and management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, take genuine feedback from students, and support them throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with students after classes to collect authentic feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong student–institute relationships.
Send notifications and reminders regarding fee payments, course upgradations, and important updates.
Coordinate academic schedules and support faculty in classroom management.
Maintain student attendance, feedback, and performance records.
Address student queries and guide them in a professional manner
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Commerce, or Management preferred).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹15,000- ₹20,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
