Administration Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Administration Assistant with excellent English skills and a proactive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Freshers can apply as well you just have to be a quick learner and good command over English language and easily trainable. You will work with clients globally across various industries, helping them become much more efficient by managing a diverse range of tasks on their behalf. Responsibilities: Managing data in Excel sheets Providing email support and managing correspondence Handling social media engagements Making travel bookings and arrangements Conducting research as required Providing customer support Tackling any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned Qualifications: Sharp attention to detail Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks A fast learner with a proactive approach to work Please note: This is an onsite role.
