Job Description

As an Admin/HR Operations (Fresher-Junior) at our Gurugram location, you will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include drafting and managing email correspondence, assisting in document preparation, handling application processes, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing essential administrative support. You will also serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications and support on-ground operations during travel or events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, basic proficiency in MS Office tools, the ability to multitask and stay organized, and a proactive and quick learner attitude. Candidates with 6 to 12 months of relevant internship or work experience, based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, and with a flexible approach to extended hours or occasional travel are preferred for this role.
