Your key responsibilities will include providing administrative leadership by managing office administration, scheduling, and coordination of academic trainers and marketing engineers. You will be responsible for maintaining structured documentation, reports, and communications. Moreover, you will take the lead in sales and business development activities, including making college/university presentations and converting leads into partnerships through engagement with key decision-makers. Client and event management will also be a significant part of your role, requiring you to coordinate seminars, workshops, and training demos in colleges. Building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions, supporting marketing campaigns, and outreach initiatives will be essential for success in this position. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, be confident in public speaking, and adept at leading discussions with senior faculty. Your ability to multitask between administrative and sales functions, proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools, as well as strong organizational and leadership qualities will be crucial for your success.
