Job Description

We are hiring an

experienced Admin / Personal Assistant (PA)

to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, travel coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have

4 - 8 years

of experience, excellent communication skills, and prior exposure to

international travel and visa procedures

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, visas, hotels, transport, itineraries).
  • Handle travel documentation , ensuring compliance with visa and company travel policies.
  • Maintain the Directors calendar , organize meetings, appointments, and manage correspondence.
  • Liaise with vendors, travel agents, and internal teams for seamless administrative support.
  • Prepare reports , maintain records, and manage confidential data.
  • Monitor travel risks and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient travel planning.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience as an Admin / PA / Executive Assistant .
  • Prior exposure to international travel formalities and visa procedures .
  • Excellent communication , coordination , and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
  • Highly organized , dependable , and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
