Job Summary

Admin & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth office functioning
Handle official documents, files, and records
Coordinate with Clients, staff, and management as required

CRM Management

Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead data
Track sales leads, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings
Generate CRM reports for management review

Employee Coordination & Reporting

Maintain employee attendance, leave, and performance records
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly employee reports
Support HR-related documentation and internal communication

Operations Support

Assist sales and management teams with operational requirements
Ensure proper documentation for bookings, agreements, and transactions
Monitor internal processes and suggest improvements

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure records are maintained as per company policies
Prepare management reports and summaries when required

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of real estate operations
Experience/Knowledge with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Flexibility for varying working hours

Reporting To

Only to the Management Team
