Admin & Operations Executive

As an Admin & Operations Executive at Nirvana Designs, your role will involve providing administrative support to the design studio and managing operations for the Airbnb farmhouse property. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule and manage appointments for the leadership team. - Draft, send, and follow up on client proposals and agreements. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. - Handle documentation, filing, and administrative tasks. - Manage bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, and reservation calendar. - Coordinate housekeeping, vendors, and maintenance at the farmhouse. - Ensure a seamless guest experience and resolve on-ground issues. - Assist with operational tasks for both the studio and farmhouse. - Drive management or clients when required (mandatory). - Manage purchases, pickups, and local logistics for operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Background in hospitality, administration, or operations management. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and client service abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. - Valid driving license (mandatory) with safe driving skills. - Ability to adapt between client-facing and operational responsibilities.
