Job Description

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments: Sales, Technical, HR, Journal Publishing, and CRM. - Lead the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets through effective lead tracking and conversion. - Develop strategies to attract new clients, upsell services, and drive business growth. - Coordinate with technical experts and academic writers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. - Monitor quality standards, academic integrity, and resolve any delivery issues. - Work with HR to recruit, train, and manage staff performance across teams. - Foster a positive work culture and handle internal team coordination and conflict resolution. - Supervise journal publishing support activities including formatting, plagiarism checks, submission processes, and reviewer communications. - Oversee CRM system usage to track client interactions, tasks, and follow-ups efficiently. - Analyze CRM and client data to improve service quality and identify new opportunities. - Prepare monthly revenue and performance reports with insights for improvement. - Take ownership of revenue goals and implement strategies to achieve them. - Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure high satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. - Bring strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and leadership to support overall company growth.
