Admin Manager - Sales Development

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments: Sales, Technical, HR, Journal Publishing, and CRM.
- Lead the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets through effective lead tracking and conversion.- Develop strategies to attract new clients, upsell services, and drive business growth.- Coordinate with technical experts and academic writers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.- Monitor quality standards, academic integrity, and resolve any delivery issues.- Work with HR to recruit, train, and manage staff performance across teams.- Foster a positive work culture and handle internal team coordination and conflict resolution.- Supervise journal publishing support activities including formatting, plagiarism checks, submission processes, and reviewer communications.- Oversee CRM system usage to track client interactions, tasks, and follow-ups efficiently.- Analyze CRM and client data to improve service quality and identify new opportunities.- Prepare monthly revenue and performance reports with insights for improvement.- Take ownership of revenue goals and implement strategies to achieve them.- Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure high satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.- Bring strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and leadership to support overall company growth.
