Admin Manager

Job description · Responsible for assigned center/s sale. · Responsible for counselor conversion. · Responsible for Motivating team and maintaining positivity in the center. · Responsible for CM/OM and Counsellors offs and leaves. · Must coordinate with Call center for generating walk-ins. (Communication only with CC managers). · Must look into the center, Treatment, results, client satisfaction and center hygiene. · Must cross check all products in store, consumables and reduce the wastage. · Responsible for Center maintenance and Cost cutting. · Coordination with Corporate managers for recruitment and employee transfers. · Must coordinate with HR dept for Employee documentation, joining formalities, reliving formalities and Etc. · Any issues at center like REDBILLS, CASH MISPLACE, PACAKAGE MANUPLATIION, TIMING OF STAFF, DECEPLINE, GROOMING, MISSBEHAVIOUR WITH CLIENT AND Not following the center rules then as a RM you will be held 100% responsible. · Concentration on weak centers is must. · See to that all the reports need to be sent on time. · Be the main person for receiving the info and reports from all assigned centers and send them to management or Corp. · Can plan local marketing activities for generating walk-ins.
