Position: Admin & Logistics Officer (Entry Level)

INFINIUM PHARMACHEM LIMITED is an NSE Listed, well-known Pharmaceutical Intermediates & APIs manufacturing company established in 2003.

We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Admin & Logistics Officer

Location: Sojitra GIDC, Anand, Gujarat
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 year
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Supply chain or Logistics)

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

• Assist in daily office administration and coordination work.
• Maintain employee records, documentation, files, and registers.
• Handle office supplies, stationery management, and vendor coordination.
• Support meeting arrangements, visitor management, and hospitality.
• Assist in preparing letters, notices, and internal communication.
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping supervision for the office premises.
• Liaising with various regulatory authorities.

Logistics Responsibilities

• Assist in inbound and outbound logistics coordination.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, etc.
• Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.
• Track shipments and update concerned departments.
• Maintain logistics records, GRN, stock movement entries, and other documentation.
• Support the purchase team in collecting quotations, comparing prices, and following up with suppliers.
• Ensure proper documentation for material movement across locations.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
