Position: Admin Intern & Front Office Intern

Location: Calicut

Duration: 3 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Admin & Front Office Intern to support our

administration and reception functions. This role offers exposure to front office

management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office operations, making it a great

learning opportunity for freshers who want to gain professional work experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle front office activities: greet visitors, answer calls, and manage

inquiries.

● Make outbound calls to vendors/clients to request quotations and follow up

as required.

● Assist the admin team with daily office operations and coordination.

● Manage meeting room bookings, office supplies, and vendor

communication.

● Maintain records, documentation, and correspondence.

● Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.

● Provide professional communication and support to visitors and internal

teams.

Requirements

● Active and passionate individual with a willingness to learn.

● Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

● Basic knowledge of Office Apps (Word/Docs, Excel/Spreadsheet, Email).

● Ability to multitask and work under supervision.

● Positive attitude and proactive approach to assigned tasks.
