Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Testing:

  Track project timelines, maintain dashboards, assist in product/feature testing.

• Team Coordination:

  Manage tasks via Trello/Asana/Monday.com, follow up on progress.

• Executive Support:

  Schedule CEO meetings, prepare notes, follow up on action items.

• Content & SEO Oversight:

  Review content, perform plagiarism checks, SEO audits, maintain documentation (GitBooks).

• HR & Recruitment:

  Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, conduct initial screening calls, support onboarding.

• Social Media Setup & Management:

  Create/manage accounts for projects, coordinate scheduling and updates.
