Job Responsibilities: Google Form Management & Invoice Uploads Maintain and update spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis. Use formulas, filters, pivot tables, and other tools to manage data effectively. Coordination with Accounts Head to ensure accurate and timely completion of forms. Handle general office duties including: Organizing and filing documents Maintain physical and digital filing systems for: Invoices, Contracts, Other relevant documents. Assist with documenting activities related to races, training, and other events. Coordinate and book travel tickets (flight/train/bus) for team members attending races, events, or training camps. Liaise with the Operations Head to confirm coach availability for coaching days. Inform drivers about coaching schedules and assigned coaches. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) Communication skills (written and verbal) Good organizational and time management abilities Fluent in English and Hindi (optional: regional language if applicable) Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Application Question(s): Do you have experience in Google Sheets and Google Docs?
