The Company team has a total experience of more than 20 years in the in the providing solutions in corporate merchandising and gifting. Our endeavor is not just to provide merchandise but make it relevant to business campaigns and target audiences. Job Description The role of an Admin & HR Executive at company is exciting and the person is responsible for engaging in areas of office administration that includes foreseeing day to work like timely order deliverables to customers, tracking of inward and outward of stock, follow -up with customers for payments, liaising with bank and other statutory bodies. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision, ensuring smooth operations within the human resources function. Administrative Support Prepare statistical reports, and address routine to complex information requests. Gather, compile, and verify information to create accurate documents such as reports, presentations, and forms. Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and office systems to support departmental activities. Coordination and Communication Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls, and welcome visitors. Respond to or redirect inquiries from internal and external sources about the organization or department. Payment and Vendor Management Prepare documentation for vendor, supplier, and third-party payments. Submit payment requests into the accounting system and respond to related inquiries. Personal Characteristics Motivated individual with high level of integrity. Should have good English communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Disciplined process-oriented work style. Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking. Action Oriented : Tackle activities with urgency and enthusiasm. Ensures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. Required Qualification: Must have a Bachelor or Master degree. Prior work experience in Marketing, Branding, Gifting industry would be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving approach Salary: 15000 20000 p.m. + Annual Bonus
