This role requires eﬀective oversight to ensure the cafeteria and housekeeping operations run smoothly and meet the company's standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness. • Coordinate with vendors and manage cafeteria supplies and inventory. • Monitor and control the cafeteria budget, implementing cost-saving measures as needed. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service and housekeeping. • Address employee feedback and resolve any issues related to cafeteria services. • Supervise housekeeping staﬀ, manage cleaning schedules, and ensure cleanliness across the oﬃce premises. • Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels. • Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Qualifications • Any bachelor’s degree or masters; • Hospitality management degree; • Degree in Hotel Management; • Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Skills • English proficiency. • Strong leadership and organisational skills. • Excellent communication, Extroversion and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in correspondence office software and applications. • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. • Should own a vehicle for easy commuting. *Candidate must demonstrate geographical attachment to the Surat Region.
