As an Admin Manager at an Educational Institution, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the campus. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily administrative operations to maintain a seamless workflow. - Managing facility upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure. - Coordinating procurement activities and maintaining inventory through effective vendor management. In addition, you will be responsible for providing operational support by: - Ensuring strict compliance with institutional policies and operational protocols. - Assisting in planning and executing logistics for various events, meetings, and workshops. - Supervising transportation services, including school bus operations and route planning. Communication and coordination are key aspects of this role, where you will: - Act as the primary liaison between parents, staff, and management for operational concerns. - Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative personnel. Furthermore, you will be accountable for safety, compliance, and student records management: - Monitoring and enforcing health and safety standards across the campus. - Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and institutional norms. - Maintaining accurate records of students, staff, and operational activities, and presenting periodic operational reports to senior management.
