DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Supervising maintenance of high standards of housekeeping, ensuring highest standards of hygiene & cleanliness
• Provisioning of high level administrative & managerial support involving day-to-day activities related to Personnel & office administration
• Overseeing all administrative tasks across the different departments including maintenance of premises, coordination, transport facilities etc
• Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating and executing AMC's for maintenance of office equipments
• Tracking & maintaining inventory levels for all items required and preparing material requirement plan as per the requirements.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Purchase of office stationeries, printers, phone systems, cell phones, faxes. Assessing the requirement, accordingly procuring the quotes and placing order with suitable supplier
• Supervising employee amenities viz. transport arrangements, travel desk, canteen management, hotel bookings, hiring of vehicles, guest house and related.
• Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences and board meetings.
• Administering the CCTV activities

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree / MBA
