Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to handle coordination, client communication, and internal operations for our fresh produce business. The role involves managing calls with local businesses, booking appointments, assigning staff duties, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the office. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with local businesses and clients interested in our produce. Schedule and manage appointments for supply discussions or deliveries. Assign daily tasks to staff and ensure proper execution of duties. Check stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate restocking as required. Supervise task completion and maintain workflow efficiency across departments. Maintain organized records for business inquiries, stock updates, and supplier coordination. Support management in day-to-day administrative work and reporting. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiar with computer tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Email. Prior experience in admin, coordination, or operations preferred. Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Perks: Professional work environment with growth opportunities.
