We’re Hiring: Admin Executive | Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document filing
Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications
Support HR, finance, and other teams with administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office efficiency

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Legal right to work in Hong Kong
