Job Title: Admin Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–7 years Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage daily administrative and facility operations at our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in housekeeping, facility management, and vendor coordination, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across premises Manage gardening, landscaping, and canteen operations Coordinate pest control, drainage maintenance, and factory premises upkeep Oversee company transport operations and liaise with vendors for maintenance Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and office essentials Handle courier services and administrative documentation Support with organizing meetings, events, and interdepartmental coordination Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field 3–7 years of experience in facility management or administrative roles Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Flexible to work in shifts as per company requirements Benefits: Opportunity to work with a reputed multinational organization Growth-oriented role with exposure to cross-functional teams Positive and professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: facility management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
