Admin

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained work environment.
  • Handle front-office activities including visitor management, calls, and correspondence.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, stationery, housekeeping materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and Operations with documentation, record maintenance, and logistics.
  • Manage facility services housekeeping, security, pantry, and AMC follow-ups.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meeting room schedules, and event arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory records and track consumption.
  • Assist with basic finance-related tasks such as invoice processing and petty cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in administration, facility management, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
