We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth functioning across the office. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained work environment. Handle front-office activities including visitor management, calls, and correspondence. Oversee procurement of office supplies, stationery, housekeeping materials, and vendor coordination. Support HR and Operations with documentation, record maintenance, and logistics. Manage facility services housekeeping, security, pantry, and AMC follow-ups. Coordinate travel bookings, meeting room schedules, and event arrangements. Maintain inventory records and track consumption. Assist with basic finance-related tasks such as invoice processing and petty cash handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in any discipline. 25 years of experience in administration, facility management, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
