Job Title: Admin & Customer Representative Executive
Position Summary
We are looking for an Admin & Customer Representative Executive to manage client
communication, administrative coordination, and office support activities for the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle client queries, calls, emails, and follow-ups
● Coordinate with laboratory, sampling, and reporting teams
● Maintain customer records and service logs
● Support billing, documentation, and dispatch coordination
● Maintain office records, files, and registers
● Assist in NABL-related administrative documentation
● Schedule sample pickups and client communication
● Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination of samples throughout
receipt, storage, and dispatch in compliance with NABL ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
● Support management with routine administrative tasks
Qualification & Experience
● Graduate (any discipline)
● 0–2 years experience (freshers welcome)
Skills Required
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
● Professional phone and email etiquette
● Organized and detail-oriented
Salary
● 18k to 25k depends on experience & interview
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
