Sahana System is seeking a qualified Admin cum Travel Desk Executive to support office administration, travel coordination, and basic IT assistance. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration including supplies, vendor coordination, facility support, and meeting arrangements.Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels) and maintain accurate travel records.Provide first-level IT support for systems, printers, software installations, and coordinate with external IT vendors.Maintain and update asset and inventory records for both administrative and IT items.Assist in organizing events, employee onboarding logistics, and general office operations.Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.Basic IT troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience: 3 to 5 years in Admin / Travel Desk / IT Support.Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
