Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Office Administration & Coordination:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel reservations.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and insurance-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility management and procurement.
  • Assist in maintaining office records and documentation.

Front Desk & Visitor Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Basic Accounts & Billing Coordination:

  • Support in handling invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Maintain records related to billing and office expenses.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or office coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
