Role & responsibilities Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including lead status, customer details, and sales activities. Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into customers. Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to support sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and upselling opportunities. Prepare and share quotations, product information, and technical specifications with potential clients. Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion ratios, and KPIs.
