Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and onboarding of workers and staff.
Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Support payroll preparation and verification.
Help in maintaining statutory registers (PF, ESI, Factory Act).
Prepare and update employee files and HR MIS reports.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Support HR team during audits and inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR,BLM,MLM, MSW, or related field.
Basic knowledge of factory HR and labour laws preferred.
Good communication and MS Office skills.
Willing to work in a factory setup and learn on the job.
