Admin Coordinator

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve coordinating daily administrative operations across various departments such as Housekeeping, Repairs, Security, Civil, and more. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to expenses, consumables, maintenance schedules, and property-related data. Additionally, you will manage office documentation and filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring timely updates are in place. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and validate checklists for housekeeping, security, and facility management. - Track and escalate unresolved issues across departments to ensure timely resolution. - Maintain records for travel kits, sample management, fuel, insurance, and AMC renewals. - Support procurement and inventory management for office supplies and consumables. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance protocols. - Facilitate vendor coordination and service delivery tracking. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in administrative roles preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and data management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
