As an Admin Coordinator at Footprints Childcare Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing day-to-day activities at the preschool, procuring and arranging instructional resources for classroom use, auditing classrooms, and observing activities. You will be responsible for addressing parents' concerns while maintaining positive relationships, managing staff, ensuring policy implementation, and providing an explorative learning environment for the kids. Additionally, you will deal with vendors for infrastructure issues, acquire and maintain business prospects, and prepare and execute a budget plan to be cost-effective. Your accountability includes NPS, Admission, and Attrition of the center. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day activities at the preschool - Procure and arrange instructional resources for classroom use - Audit classrooms and observe activities - Address parents' concerns and maintain positive relationships - Manage staff and ensure policy implementation - Provide an explorative learning environment for children - Deal with vendors for infrastructure issues - Acquire and maintain business prospects - Prepare and execute a budget plan for cost-effectiveness - Be accountable for NPS, Admission, and Attrition of the center Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience working with children in a classroom setting - Basic computer skills including Internet, email, word processing, and spreadsheets - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills - Service orientation, high initiative, stress tolerance Join Footprints Childcare Pvt.
