Job Purpose: The role involves researching and generating leads of potential investors, family offices, and institutional clients, while also managing and maintaining investor databases and CRM records. The candidate will coordinate communication, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing proposals and presentations. In addition, they will handle reporting, follow-ups, and contribute to building the company’s early-stage business development process from the ground up.



Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify, research, and generate leads of potential investors, family offices, and institutional clients base with a focus on UAE Market.
  • Maintain up-to-date investor databases and CRM records.


Business Development Support


  • Coordinate communication with prospects and schedule Client meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other BD materials.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.


Operational & Reporting Support


  • Handle reporting, maintain progress trackers, and prepare performance updates.
  • Support in setting up early-stage BD processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations.


Job requirement


  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in client relations, business development, or CRM management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
