Essential

• Master’s Degree (First Class) in Commerce, Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic administration, student services, or office administration (experience in higher education preferred).
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English mandatory; local language desirable).
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Office : Word, Excel (formulas, data handling), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to manage student records, documentation, and confidential information.
• Experience with university ERP / MIS portals (admissions, attendance, exam modules).
