Job Description

As an Admin & Operations Executive at Showtime Consulting, you will play a key role in managing operations that power high-impact political campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across project teams - Managing office logistics, travel coordination, and vendor relations - Handling documentation, expense tracking, and inventory management - Coordinating between internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution - Assisting in planning and managing campaign events and on-ground logistics To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - 13 years of experience in administration or operations (political or consulting domain preferred) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently If you are interested in joining our team and driving seamless operations for transformative political campaigns, please send your CV to careers@showtimeconsulting.in with the subject: Admin & Operations Application - Hyderabad.
