Job Description: The Admin & HR Executive role at CowCare in Salem is pivotal for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and managing human resource functions. You will oversee office administration, HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Acting as a bridge between management and employees, you will foster a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and office supplies. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintain office documentation. - Manage correspondence, scheduling, and implement office policies and procedures. - Manage end-to-end recruitment, attendance, leaves, and employee benefits. - Support performance appraisal, employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; MBA or HR specialization preferred. - Experience in administration and HR functions, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or agriculture sectors. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and maintaining confidentiality.
