Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Accounts Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, payroll processing, statutory filings, and general office administration. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of statutory compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Finance
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
  • Record and reconcile daily transactions, vouchers, and journal entries
  • Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC returns
  • Payroll & Salary Management
  • Calculate and process monthly salaries, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Maintain employee salary records and attendance data
  • Coordinate with HR for leave and payroll inputs
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory contributions
  • Administrative Duties
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement
  • Support internal audits and documentation reviews
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling logistics
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external agencies as needed
