Job Description

The Accounts and Admin Executive role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and administrative operations of the office. This position demands a blend of accounting expertise and administrative competence to ensure both financial and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include handling daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks using software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books, along with bank reconciliation and petty cash management. The Accounts and Admin Executive will be involved in preparing financial reports, budgets, audits, and ensuring timely tax filings including GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Additionally, liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions is part of the role. On the administrative front, overseeing general office operations, procurement of office supplies, and vendor management are essential. Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, organizing meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating event logistics are also key responsibilities. Compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements, along with supporting the HR and operations team with documentation and data management, are crucial aspects of the role. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office Suite, a strong understanding of financial regulations and taxation, excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also required. The selected candidate will need to relocate to Bhutan (Thimpu), where food and lodging will be provided by the company. Occasional extended hours may be necessary during audit or tax season. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Applicants are expected to answer questions related to their willingness to relocate to Bhutan, current and expected compensation, and their experience in both Accounts and Admin roles. Proficiency in English is preferred for this position, which requires in-person work at the specified location.,
