Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Adaptive Planning models, including assumptions, drivers, sheets, accounts, and dimensions.
Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for Finance and business leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Maintain and enhance workflows, planning sheets, and version structures to support rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-scenario planning.
Develop and maintain integration processes with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials), CRM platforms, and other business-critical data sources.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across the planning environment.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation, system performance, and user experience within Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning model development and administration.
Strong understanding of financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience with ERP systems integration (NetSuite, Workday Financials) and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in building complex formulas, scripts, and advanced planning logic within Adaptive.
Experience working with business intelligence tools or data visualization platforms a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.Role & responsibilities
