The Review Universe is a fast-growing book review and promotion company that helps authors market their books through creative campaigns, storytelling, and digital strategies. As we expand our advertising reach, we’re looking for a skilled Ad Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms to help authors and books gain visibility.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, and other social media platforms
• Strategize ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation to drive engagement and conversions
• Optimize campaigns regularly for performance, reach, and cost efficiency
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure ad alignment with marketing goals
• Stay up to date with ad trends, new tools, and digital marketing best practices
• Manage 5–10 ad campaigns weekly (depending on project flow and deliverables)
• Suggest and test creative strategies to enhance campaign results

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta, Amazon Ads, and preferably Google Ads
• Strong analytical understanding of ad metrics — CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversions
• Experience in audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with book marketing, publishing, or digital media campaigns (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns
• Basic understanding of ad creatives, copy, and performance tracking tools
