AD Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory services for the organization.

• Ensure the security of the AD environment by implementing best practices.

• Participate in engineering activities and develop solutions for improvements and optimization of AD infrastructure.

• Provide support for major incidents and guide resolution efforts.

• Manage Group Policies, domain controllers, AD objects, and access controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AD with identity management systems, cloud services, and applications.

• Support audits and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  KPI: Ensure high availability and compliance of AD infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of large-scale AD environments.

• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in AD.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

• Proven experience with DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPOs, AD Monitoring, and access controls.

• Experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans for AD services.

• Thorough knowledge of backup and recovery strategies; familiarity with Quest Recovery Manager for AD or similar tools.

• Knowledge of IAM technologies such as Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and PKI.

• Familiarity with SSO/Federation products and various IAM vendors.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  Languages: Fluent in English.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in global or matrix organizations.

• Exposure to automation tools and cloud integration.
