Company Description

AP Modelling provides practical training in financial modeling applied to the real estate sector. The training is designed for all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Participants will learn to master Excel and build financial models ranging from simple to complex structures with multiple sources of financing. The training at AP Modelling allows individuals to analyze real estate projects accurately, model debt and equity structures, calculate returns, evaluate scenarios and risks, and make decisions based on solid financial models.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Actor Model role at AP Modelling, located in New Delhi with the option for some work from home. The Actor Model will be responsible for portraying various scenarios in financial modeling training, engaging participants, and providing real-life context to theoretical concepts.

Qualifications

Strong acting and presentation skills
Experience in financial modeling or real estate industry
Ability to engage and interact with participants effectively
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Knowledge of Excel and financial concepts
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Background in finance, acting, or education is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Acting, or related field
