Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and confident Actor/Model to represent Sagar Properties in marketing campaigns, video shoots, property walkthroughs, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the brand, bringing life and authenticity to our real estate offerings. This role involves working closely with our creative and marketing teams to create engaging visual content that builds trust and connects with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Act and model in promotional videos, social media campaigns, and real estate commercials. Participate in property walkthrough videos, explaining features and benefits in a relatable and confident manner. Pose for professional photoshoots for advertisements, brochures, and online platforms. Collaborate with creative, video production, and marketing teams to execute campaigns. Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and client presentations if required. Maintain a professional appearance and embody the values of Sagar Properties. Qualifications Previous experience in acting, modeling, or media presentations (freshers with confidence and camera presence are also encouraged to apply). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English . Confident, presentable, and comfortable in front of the camera. Ability to follow direction and adapt to various roles and creative concepts. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit. Age group: 20–35 years preferred (open to other ranges depending on suitability). Additional Preferred Skills: Prior experience in corporate videos, social media content, or real estate promotions. Knowledge of the real estate sector (added advantage, not mandatory).
