Company Description AP Modelling offers practical training in financial modeling applied to real estate for professionals and individuals at all levels. The training focuses on mastering Excel and building financial models from simple to complex structures. Participants learn to analyze real estate projects with financial criteria, model debt and equity structures, calculate returns, evaluate scenarios and risks, and make decisions based on solid financial models. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Actor Model role at AP Modelling located in New Delhi with some remote work flexibility. As an Actor Model, you will be responsible for demonstrating financial scenarios and real estate projects through role-playing and interactive modeling exercises. You will work closely with instructors to bring financial concepts to life through practical application and presentation. Qualifications Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to portray financial scenarios effectively Experience in financial modeling or real estate is a plus Understanding of Excel and financial concepts Experience in acting, modeling, or public speaking Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field Show more Show less
