Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Activity Coordinator - Children, located in New Delhi. The Activity Coordinator will plan, organize, and lead activities for children, ensuring their safety and engagement. Daily tasks include developing fun and educational activities, supervising children during activities, facilitating group projects, and providing support to children’s emotional and social development. The coordinator will work closely with other staff members and parents to create a positive and enriching environment for the children.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Experience in Elder Care and Mental Health sectors is beneficial
• Organizing events
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• A passion for working with children and enhancing their development
• Relevant educational background in childcare, education, or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engagement with kids.
