Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 8–12 Years | Immediate Openings

APSK (Apee Eskay Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) is expanding its project teams for upcoming Hyperscaler and Enterprise Data Center deployments across India. We are looking for skilled and committed Structured Cabling Technicians to join our growing family.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Active Presales Manager with expertise in end-to-end presales processes, and comprehensive knowledge of various solutions including IT Active solution and create robust solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Presales Planning & Design:

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and objectives.

Design comprehensive and customized solutions in line with client needs.

Create detailed technical proposals, including system designs and architecture.

2. End-to-End Presales Expertise & Solution:

Demonstrate expertise in the entire presales process, from understanding client needs to

presenting solutions. Act as a technical consultant to clients, providing insights and recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

3. OEM Coordination:

Foster relationships with OEMs to stay updated on their latest products and technologies.

Coordinate with OEM partners to ensure seamless integration of products into proposed

solutions.

4. BOQ Preparation:

Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on technical specifications and project

requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to validate and optimize BOQs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5. Solution Expertise:

Possess deep knowledge and experience in a wide array of solutions:

Data Centre: Planning and optimization.

Technical experience of solution designing with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba/Palo Alto switches, routers, firewall, Wireless AP’s.

Well versed with distribution channel, OEM’s and pricings

. OEM certifications

. Protocols: IP, TCP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, Route map

. VLANs, DHCP, ACL, VTP, HSRP, VPNs

. Create HLD, LLD, event management

Required Experience & Skills:

· 8–12 years’ experience in Active Devices & Solutioning, ideally in Data Centers / Enterprise IT setups

· Hands-on knowledge of OEMs like CommScope, AFL, Panduit, TE Connectivity, etc.

· Familiarity with tools such as OTDR, Power Meter, Cleaver, Fluke DSX/DTX

· Area of Expertise : Enterprise Data Network, Wireless, Security & Collaborations

· Ability to work in shifts and adapt to fast-paced DC project requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT or related field.

· 8-12 years of experience in presales engineering, specifically focusing on the mentioned solutions.

· Proficiency in designing and planning solutions using industry-standard tools and software.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, etc.), are a plus.

· Ability to work on advanced network design for Aruba, Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet.

· Platform : Routers (Cisco), Switches (Cisco, HP, Brocade), WLC (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus), UTM (Cisco,Sophos, Sonicwall & Fortinet), VC (Polycom,Cisco), Servers/Storage (HPE, IBM & Dell) Software (VMware, Microsoft and Redhat).
