Act! Functional Analyst Finance and Controlling Product Ownership

Role Overview: You will be joining the Group IT Services organization of Atlas Copco within the SAP Competence Center, specifically in the act! organization. Your role will involve ensuring that customer centers for various business areas can rely on a stable and well-supported business application. This includes steering the digital roadmap of the customer centers, enabling integrations to support reorganizations, and being part of the SAP Competence Center with global implementation experience within the Group. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand business and technical finance and controlling requirements, gather requirements from stakeholders, conduct workshops, and fine-tune business requirements - Lead full lifecycle implementation and support, from requirement gathering to providing support in user acceptance testing and hyper care - Document technical specifications, testing results, and end-to-end solution documentation - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline solutions and provide recommendations for enhancements Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a business/customer-facing role - Experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and working on Custom Objects from Scratch to Deployments - Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations including transactional data migration and reconciliation - Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing - Customer-centric mindset, team player, methodical and structured achiever - Resilient and adaptable to change, innovative and open-minded - Technology experience: 5+ years in IS/IT, reporting, and related processes background, general knowledge of SAP ERP Platforms, knowledge in SAP FICO, experience with PowerBI and other reporting solutions are a plus, experience with S/4HANA is a plus - Education: Hold a master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience, excellent organizational and planning skills, strong analytical abilities - Comfortable working under pressure, good coordination skills, project management experience is a plus Note: The company is known for its diverse and inclusive culture, respectful interaction, and ethical behavior.
