Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is a licensed banking company operating under Section 22 (1) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, and a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd. With 752 branches across 26 States and Union Territories, our mission is to serve the unserved and underserved customers outside the formal banking system.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager located in Udaipur. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving acquisition targets set by the bank.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
Experience in marketing strategies and client acquisition
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
